Wix Racing Performance Oil Filters

Wix provides two very different distinct racing filters - Advanced Performance Filters (T-10) and High Efficiency Endurance Filters (T-71).

Advanced Performance Oil Filters use a media (T-10) that is rated at a Frazier airflow of approximately 267 CFM and is wire backed. The unique wire backing provides a very stable base for a media blend of fiberglass, polyester, and cellulose. This media is resistant to high temperatures and water levels in the oil that can plug standard media types. Our Advanced Performance media (T-10) is designed to provide a high positive oil flow with low restriction.

Recommended for maximum horsepower increase used primarily on concrete or asphalt tracks.
Not intended for street use.

Additional Oil Filter Features Include:

1. Heavy-walled can and cover to withstand the extreme burst pressures (up to 500 psi).
2. High temperature nitrile baseplate gaskets (up to 300ﾰF) withstand extremely high racing temperatures.
3. Zinc chromate plated baseplate, Low surface friction and corrosion free.
4. Spiral wound center tube provides increased collapse pressure and enhanced flow pattern.
5. Metal end caps provide element strength and prevents filtering bypass.
6. Individually sealed to protect against contamination by environmental dust or dirt.
