DEEZ Performance Stainless Steel Donuts are the finest donuts manufactured. The Bend Radius is equal to the Outside Diameter of the Donut, ie; (1-1/2" Donut 1 1/2" OD, 1 1/2" Bend Radius). Pie cut to use for fabricating headers/exhaust, radiator water flow, intake manifolds-anywhere clearances are limited. The outside diameter of the donut equals the center line radius which makes a super tight radius. Two halves are welded together with the outside seam welded and finished and the inner seam is not welded. This process gives them a more consistent wall thickness than U and J-bends which are stretched from bending. Make several pieces from one donut. Used with Straight tubing, J & U-bends, makes routing around the most difficult areas easier. Also available in mild steel.
